For some, rental properties may not be the most exciting topic of conversation. But don’t tell that to Gail Moncla. As the founder and president of Rental Home Management Services, Inc., she excludes exudes an energy and passion for the industry that captivates both owners and tenants alike.
Gail’s career in real estate began more than two decades ago after joining a brokerage firm in Central Florida. She quickly excelled in rental properties, and eventually bought half of the company.
Later, she ventured on her own and started Rental Home Management Services, a rental property management company that centers on her personal business philosophy of upfront communication, quality service and respect.
Gail has been named a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a Master Property Manager (MPM) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She was the founding president of the Orlando Chapter of NARPM (1995), and was a founding organizer and past president (2005) of the state trade association Florida Association of Residential Property Mangers (FARPM).
Gail’s knowledge of the big picture, along with her trademark nuggets of real estate facts, makes her a go-to expert in rental property management. She has written property management courses that have been approved by the state of Florida for continuing education in real estate licensure. She has spoke at events around the country, and has authored several seminars.
Gail lives in Winter Springs, Fla., with her husband, and enjoys spending all of her free time with her three children and their families that include six grandchildren.
